Millersburg Area School District recently purchased the Ready Pennsylvania Mathematics program.  The Ready Pennsylvania Mathematics program helps address the emphasis on conceptual understanding through reasoning, modeling, and discussion that explore the structure of mathematics while also developing students' procedural fluency. The lessons in Ready Pennsylvania Mathematics use a research-based, proven-effective instructional model with a balance of conceptual understanding and procedural fluency to build confidence and mastery of the PA Core Standards in Mathematics.

Student Instruction Book
Provide rigorous instruction on the mathematics PA Core Standards and develop mathematical reasoning through lessons that use real-world problem solving as instruction. Embeds Standards for Mathematical Practice to help students develop habits of mind.

Student Practice and Problem Solving Book
Reinforce the concepts and skills from the Student Instruction Books and encourage students to explain their thinking with increasingly difficult problems that require greater levels of higher-order thinking. Flexible enough to be used for independent practice in class, after school, or at home. Includes a family letter for every lesson.

Student Assessment Book
Includes two full-length assessments that mirror the format, question type, and rigor of the PSSA, including tech-enhanced item types. Questions that also require the application of higher-order thinking skills ensure students are prepared for the more rigorous PA Core Standards.
