Course Syllabus
Class rules and expectations:
OVERVIEW
Eighth grade Science is an Introduction to Physical Science. The course is aligned with the Pennsylvania Academic Standards for Science and Technology and Engineering Education. We begin the year with a quick review of scientific methods, conducting investigations, measurement, etc. Matter and Chemistry are the focus of approximately the first half of the year. The remainder of the year explores an introduction to Physics. Specific topics are listed below.
